Day 01, 02 & 03

Check into the Hotel Jetwing Ayurveda Pavilions as soon as you arrive in Negombo. Get daily Ayurvedic treatments such as massages and herbal therapies that are customized to your needs and immerse yourself in a holistic wellness experience for three days. Take part in strength- and flexibility-building yoga classes as well as guided meditation sessions to promote calmness and mental clarity. Day 04

On the fourth day, travel from Negombo to the Forest Rock Garden Resort, which is near Wilpatthu National Park. This picturesque tour will present you with the natural splendour of Sri Lanka. Upon arrival, check into the resort, which provides a tranquil hideaway amidst lush scenery, perfect for relaxation and introspection.

Day 05

Explore the historic ruins of Anuradhapura, a UNESCO World Heritage site recognised for its historical and cultural significance. Spend the day discovering the ruins’ sacred temples, stupas, and historic architecture. Return to the Forest Rock Garden Resort in the evening for a chilled meditation consultation, reflecting on the day’s stories.

Day 06

Spend a whole day at the Forest Rock Garden Resort, concentrating on meditation and personal wellness. Engage in extended meditation sessions and mindfulness activities to enhance your sense of inner serenity. Take advantage of the resort’s serene setting to unwind and recharge.

Day 07 & 08

Transfer to the Samadhi Centre in Kandy, a tranquil retreat presenting a peaceful getaway. Spend the 7th day settling into the centre and exploring its surroundings. On the eighth day, go to the Kandy Temple, also referred to as the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic, a respected Buddhist site housing a relic of the Buddha. Experience the temple’s spiritual atmosphere and cultural significance.

Day 07 & 08
